1. Acceptance
By using Harbor you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Use of the service
You may use Harbor to deploy your applications in accordance with your plan and our documentation. You must not use the service for illegal purposes, to violate others’ rights, or to abuse or overload our systems.
3. Account and billing
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Paid plans are billed according to the pricing in effect at the time of signup. You may cancel or change your plan as described in the app or via the billing portal.
4. Your content and data
You retain ownership of your code and data. You grant us the rights necessary to provide the service (e.g. running deployments, sending notifications). We do not use your application code or server access for any purpose other than providing the service.
5. Disclaimer
Harbor is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You use the service at your own risk.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes as appropriate.
